ROCKETS: Clutch’s Testimonials

This year’s entrants in the Mascot Hall of Fame will be named shortly and Houston’s own “Clutch, the Rockets Bear” is among those being considered. The 2004-05 NBA Mascot of the Year is getting support from all over. Some of Houston’s best have shown Clutch their support by writing letters of recommendation on his behalf. Mayor Bill White and legendary sports writer John McClain of the Houston Chronicle, are just two of the people that took time to show their support for Clutch.
